ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE MUST SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY FROM AN APPROVED INTERNATIONAL SOURCE/AGENCY.
Here’s a list of Additional Requirements for Specific Professions
Proof of Internship CSEC passes (grades 1-3) in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and one (1) other approved academic subject.
Letter of completion of Program from Director, SMRT, UWI.
Proof of internship
2500 supervised practice hours- (log, letter) Foreign nationals- 500 supervised practice hours, additional, for cultural experience evidence
Should the professional choose not to practice, or to be outside of this jurisdiction, the professional is required to advise the Council and decide whether to continue with annual licensure or to suspend the license?
Possible reasons for suspending a license.
