Proof of Internship CSEC passes (grades 1-3) in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and one (1) other approved academic subject.

Letter of completion of Program from Director, SMRT, UWI.

Proof of internship

2500 supervised practice hours- (log, letter) Foreign nationals- 500 supervised practice hours, in addition to cultural experience evidence. Foreign Nationals- Copy of the applicant's current license to practice (Certified by a notary public)

Should the professional choose not to practice, or to be outside of this jurisdiction, the professional is required to advise the Council and decide whether to continue with annual licensure or to suspend the license?
